    Have questions? We’ve got answers. This FAQ section covers everything you need to know about our photography and videography services—from bookings and pricing to delivery timelines and usage rights.

    Yes. All selected images from your session are professionally edited. Our editing includes colour correction, exposure balancing, and detailed retouching depending on your package. We do not release RAW files, as we maintain a specific creative standard.

    We provide portraits, lifestyle sessions, weddings and events coverage, kids and maternity photography, creative studio sessions, editorial work, and brand content creation. We also offer studio rental services for photographers, videographers, and production teams.

    Final images are delivered in 10 working days.

    Yes. Express delivery comes at an extra charge. If clients choose not to pay for express delivery after shooting close to their deadline, only a few preview images will be provided immediately, with the remaining files delivered later within the standard timeline.

    Yes, clients are required to provide transportation and accommodation for our team.

    Clients are encouraged to bring outfits, props, toys, or personal items that add meaning to the shoot. We also provide selected studio props to enhance the session.

    Each package has a specified number of people allowed. Additional persons attract an extra charge depending on the type of shoot.

    Ideally, a minimum of 2-3 weeks prior to your session date.

    A minimum of 4 months prior to your wedding is ideal. However, peak periods are booked quickly and we recommend booking as early as possible. Early bird (12 months+ in advance) bookings are also accepted.

    Highlights (minimum 20 photos) are delivered in 7 working days during low season, 14 working days during peak season (November-March). Full digital albums are delivered in 40 working days during low season and 60 working days during peak season.

    Sessions can be booked through a direct call, WhatsApp message, or Instagram DM. A booking is only confirmed after payment of the required booking fee.
