Terms & Conditions – Photo Sessions
1. Booking & Payment
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all photo sessions.
• Your date and time are confirmed only after the deposit reflects.
• Remaining balance must be paid on or before the shoot day.
• No booking is held without payment.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Same-day rescheduling or no-shows result in loss of deposit.
• Late arrival reduces your shooting time, not the next client’s.

3. Session Time
• Sessions begin at the scheduled time.
• Unused time is not refundable or transferable.
• Overtime is billed per extra 30 minutes.

4. Deliverables & Editing
• All images are edited in Mfonifie’s signature retouching style.
• RAW/unedited files are not released.
• Final edited photos are delivered digitally within 10 working days.
• Express delivery (48–72 hours) may be available at an additional fee.

5. Image Selection
• You will receive a selection gallery to choose your preferred images.
• Additional edited images beyond your package can be purchased.

6. Image Usage Rights
• Mfonifie does not post or use your images without your permission.
• Wedding/event clients may have separate usage agreements.
• Once consent is given, Mfonifie may use selected images for portfolio and marketing.

7. Client Responsibilities
• Arrive prepared (outfits, hair, makeup, props).
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Any damage to studio items or props caused by the client must be paid for.
• Ensure all outfits and items needed for the shoot are ready before arrival.

1. Booking & Payment
• Full payment is required to secure any studio booking.
• No studio session is confirmed without full payment.
• Studio time begins at the scheduled start time, not arrival time.
• All payments are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Payments are non-refundable, regardless of reason.• One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Same-day reschedule requests or no-shows result in total forfeiture.
• Late arrival reduces your studio time.

3. Studio Rules
• Treat all sets, props, furniture, and equipment with care.
• Heavy furniture should not be moved without assistance.
• No food or drinks on sets unless approved beforehand.
• The studio must be left tidy; cleaning fees may apply for mess left behind.
• Smoking is not allowed.

4. Overtime Policy
• Overtime is charged per additional 30 minutes.
• If overtime delays the next booking, charges apply immediately.

5. Equipment, Props & Camera Rentals
• Photographers may bring their own cameras and lighting.
• Studio cameras and selected equipment are available for rent at an additional fee (see rental list).
• Rented gear must be returned in the same condition.
• Any damage to cameras, lights, props, furniture, or sets must be paid for in full.
• Special setups must be requested in advance.

6. Guests & Headcount
• Only essential crew and clients should be present.
• Large groups must be declared ahead of time.

7. Content Ownership
• Photographers own the rights to all images they create.
• Mfonifie Studios may request permission to repost results — this is optional and not required.
